Gardner Company Looks to Develop the HOLE
The HOLE saga continues with the Gardner Company entering the fray. Like everyone else that has followed this story since January 24, 1987, I am cautiously optimistic. My own optimism is fueled by the fact that Gardner has the juice to get a project like this done AND has knowledge of the local market - which is probably the most important thing they bring to the table.
