		<description>I agree completely with you statements and you hve added some new understanding to this issue. It's also worth pointing out that when rallying public support for the bond issue, the school district assured neighbors they wanted the land to be used in ways that would benefit the neighborhood. Now, they're just going to demolish the buildings and provide nothing to benefit the neighborhoods. You can read more about the school district's assurances at my blog. Needless to say, citizens will have reason to be skeptical the next time the school district comes to them asking for support for a bond issue.</description>
