Yes, the Boise Young Professionals (BYP) hope this is true and continue to work toward making the Boise Valley a thriving region for young, talented workers.  

I have my questions too regarding this report, but appreciate the fact that we are mentioned.  The exposure is great and it helps keep the Boise area in the minds of relocation-minded young talent. 

BTW, we participated in a survey (by NGC) a year or so ago and had a decent response from our survey pool. We sent it to 800 or so people and had over 300 respond. No surprise that earning potential was the number one concern for young professionals. 

The Boise area has a ton great things going for it, but like many other cities/regions, we have opportunities for improvement.  

BYP, the Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP), the Boise Metro Chamber, and Kickstand will continue to work at making the Boise Valley a great place to live, work, and start/grow businesses.</description>
